Frisco fotos …

SUMMIT COUNTY — It’s always nice to end a hot, dusty and smoky day with cool evening stroll near the water. And even though Dillon Reservoir is shrinking, there are still some lovely spots to wind down. In the last few days I started visiting a peninsula near Frisco that I’ve often looked at from afar, discovering that it’s just a five-minute bike ride from our house.

I also discovered a hummingbird nest along one of my morning dog-walking routes. I’ve been back to visit a few times to take pictures, hopefully without disturbing the bird too much.
