Right on schedule …
Rocky Mountain gold.
SUMMIT COUNTY —A few early autumn scenes from around Frisco and nearby trails. The leaves they are a changin’ — and fast. This coming week will probably see most of the trees at least start to shift and next week could be the peak of the season.
Looking south over Summit County from the Old Dillon Reservoir Trail.
Cold air creates mist on the surface of Dillon Reservoir, visible as a white haze in the distance, all framed by golden aspen leaves.
Seems like just yesterday that the last bit of snow melted off Peak One.
