Moondance redux
SUMMIT COUNTY — The March 19 full moon rise, at 6:42 p.m. in Frisco, should be spectacular. The moon is about as close to Earth as it ever gets, by 30,000 miles, and astronomers say that means it will appear 14 percent larger and up to 30 percent brighter than during an average moonrise.
