SUMMIT COUNTY – Beautiful early September weather greeted the crowds at the annual Great Rubber Duck Race and Breckenridge Wine Festival on Saturday, Sept. 4 All the proceeds from the charity events support the Breckenridge Festival of Film and the Summit Foundation.
