Experts say increased diversions are an adventure into the unknown

SUMMIT COUNTY — A proposal to divert yet more water from Colorado River headwaters streams in Grand County could push the system to a tipping point, with an uncertain outlook for recovery, fisheries experts said this week during a tour of Denver Water’s collection system around Winter Park and Fraser.
